It involves determination, hard work and consistency.
Whether you’re new to fitness or an athlete, I focus on delivering impactful and challenging, yet fun sessions, that gives fast results.

I concentrate on sharing my extensive knowledge to build my clients understanding of fitness, which they can use when they train alone.

What does a PT session look like?

Warm Up

Around 10 min light cardio to get you warmed up ready for your session

Training

Main section of the session tailored to your goals.
Made up of functional training, strength and conditioning, boxing, weight training or a combination

Cool Down

A few lighter exercises to lower your heart rate and conclude the session

Stretch

Final 5 min stretch to prevent muscles ceasing after your session
